Looks like Michael and the other boys are really having fun at camp.

And there you have it. He has not learned anything—-he is stupid.

If he thinks his life is bad, just wait till he gets home.

He is addicted to stupidity and pranks. This is what camp is all about. One summer of crazy fun.

Hey, you want to put a baby in a refrigerator?

And yet grows up to be a writer…..

Y’all are missing the point of Michael’s rant. His point is that he isn’t the only one who engages in juvenile pranks, but he IS the only one who gets punished for it. I’d be ranting, too!

Michael has yet to learn that it is the foot soldiers of the world who suffer the consequences of mischief initiated by despots and presidents alike.

Mike is what my dad used to call “easily led”.

Sooner or later the others will boast and be heard by the CCs.

Many parents pressure their kids to be popular. That can be a huge factor in succumbing to peer pressure. George Washington said “It is better to be a loner than have friendships with those of bad moral character.” Good advice, but very difficult to attempt in many situations that are popularity contests.

He’s just a boy who can’t say no!

Maybe he has heard that bad decisions make for good stories. He does grow up to be a writer, after all, and he needs stories to tell.
