have fun, Mike, working on the “road hockey”; we’d see you in the hospital more often

Michael’s got a point, even if he IS being a little bit of a smart-aleck about it!

He’d have his hands in his pockets if he weren’t carrying anything.

Okay, that is letting things get way too real.

Mike should resolve to spend more time with Martha.

Are they a little premature? It isn’t a NEW YEAR yet. Canada mentality?

Nice put down, Mom. Appears some resolutions are more acceptable than others, even if more realistic.

I quit making new year resolutions years ago,one should attempt to make improvements on a daily basis so when you backslide you can try again tomorrow.

Sounds like the resolutions I make every year (shower more than once a week, walk the dogs, not kill anyone, live to next year, do house work ECT..) and I’ve kept all of mine for years.

When I do make a change to my life style it’s not a resolution just a change.

He’s got a point. The rest are such terrible liars. Happy New Year.

I like Farley’s groggy expression; as if he is saying,“Come back later, Lizzie.”And John’s expression in P7 seems to tacitly imply, “Wrong answer, son.”

`All of Mikes resolutions were what he likes to do, none of them concerned rectifying his bad habits. A distinct difference. But a good set up for a joke.

That is like condeming hypocrisy in others for not meeting commonly accepted morals and ethics, whereas I am not hypocrite because I set my own standards. Where is the moral standard in that? Setting the bar very low.

I am making the same resolution I make every year. I resolve not to make any resolutions.
