I did have a teacher who demanded money. Ballcaps were not to be worn indoors at our school. One teacher was strict about that and would confiscate any ballcaps worn while a roof was over you. You needed to pay one dollar to get it back. This teacher also did charity work, such as through sponsorship of Third World children, and warned that second offenders would see their hats gone for good and sent away to this program. One rude kid did break the “no hat indoors” rule twice, and that was not an idle warning. He actually got a picture of a kid in the Philippines wearing his hat!
