Lessee…there’s the “family” car, and John’s vanity sports vehicle.

Gee, will they have enough garage space for three cars??

I know this strip has quite a number of years to go before its run ends.

But I wonder if GoComics will start it over again when it does.

When Mike thinks he has enough saved for a car, I would think Gord should be a good resource for getting a line on a decent one.

Morning Lynn, you’re doing a great Job! Your Strip is truly an asset in teaching the world too Think! I had a high school Social Studies teacher, very smart man, upon the first day he entered the classroom, introduced himself and said out loud” there is one thing you will learn from me in my instructions too you all, this school year, I’m going to teach you all too learn how to Think!” And he Did!

Freedom means responsibility… That’s why many people dread it.

If you drive like a sane person, instead of like a teenager, repairs aren’t that frequent.

It’s worth it if you don’t have a subway and a good bus system. I think, maybe, a lot of the gas/electric car questions would go away if people saw more electric buses and public transport available. Come on governments, lead the way. More trolleys, More passenger trains.

Ah man, I remember my first car! There was nothing like it. 1987 Honda Civic, 4 door. I loved it! Paid $5K. It was when we still had to tear off a payment sheet and send in a check with it. Ha!

This brings back memories. My parents let me have a car when I was 16 and could legally drive. The only stipulation was that I had to pay for it, pay the insurance, maintanance & upkeep, and never ask my parents for gas money! ( I never did … although Mom would occassionally slip me a few bucks “to run errands” for her. )

After living in Nevada for 10 years and observing the drivers, I have come to the conclusion that bad driving really comes down to selfishness. They want to do what they want to do when they want to do it, regardless of other cars on the road or the laws they are breaking. It’s “me first and everyone else get out of my way”.

Given that face he made in the school picture, Michael could run the risk of being charged with a DWR.
