Setting up kids for a really bad moment by asking for N-words. You never know what may come out of the mouths of children and idiots.

And of course there is the big banned one, as it should be, but slips out now and then.

Everytime a grin like that in panel 3 avails itself, a certain 1966 single by the late Jerry “Napoleon XIV” Samuels comes to mind.

Well, it was the teacher’s mistake to keep her head straight up in panel 3 instead of looking down at April (be mindful of what a short kid can see looking upwards)!

For all those bringing up a certain N word, wait until they start learning African geography. “Oh, I know the answer, that country is Ni…” “It’s pronounced Naee-jer.” “But I thought it’s spelled…” “It’s Naee-jer!”

What a creepy moth that woman has! Who put in her dentures??

This old comic from 1995 brings back feelings of nostalgia for me. (And nostalgia and nose hair begin with the same prefix. What a coincidence.)

From Lynn’s Comments: I had a Sunday school teacher who had so many hairs on her chin that I couldn’t concentrate on anything else. I kept thinking, “Why doesn’t she shave them off?” I thought she looked like a character in one of Len Norris’ cartoons! I was already paying serious attention to comic art when I was in elementary school.

“Nose” is an N-word. “Nose hair” is a phrase.
