Andy: Roger, I think next year we ought to just hire an accountant. Roger: Are you kidding? Andy: Look at this mess, Roger! It's ridiculous to try to do this yourself! Roger: Andy, tax preperation is one of the last great differentiators between the mental gians and the dim-witted schmoes of this world. By doing our taxes myself, by actually making it through this mountain of forms, the world will know where ol' Roger Fox stands on the IQ ladder. Andy: Down at the bottom, I'd say. Roger: Exactly. Down- no, no, no- you've got it backward.
It’s true. The dim-witted schmoes try to do it themselves, and the mental giants hire a professional.
