I’m thinking these guys don’t understand the meaning of the term “Romance” languages…

The other two are Romanian (“Bună ziua, iubirea mea”) and Catalan (“Olá, meu amor”), Chikuku.

I’m just surprised he didn’t try the language from which the Romance languages all descended – Latin (“Salve, amor meum.”)

Strangely, 20 years later, after all of the jocks got fat and bald, us geeks got a LOT more attention from the same girls.

Nothing like a comic strip about romance to bring out the cynics in our readership… those who think everyone else has lived the same sort of miserable lives they have. Thankfully, we haven’t.

Legaleagle, in Catalan it’s “Hola” with an h and no accent :) It’s my monther tongue, by the way. You can see they’ve used an automatic translator, because in Catalan you say “Hola, amor meu”.
