Andy: Have you written all your thank-you notes? Paige: Yeah. I texted everyone last night. Andy: Wait... You sent them as text messages!? Paige: Is that a problem? Andy: Sweetheart, thank-you notes should show some effort! Some care! They should be done using cards or paper! It's a way of saying to the recipient, "look at how appreciative I am!" All a text message thank-you note says is "look at how lazy I am!" Paige: Lazy?! Are you looking at how many emojis I put in each one?! Are you looking at how many hearts I used?! Would you like me to count them?! Andy: Paige. Stop. I get it. You worked hard. Paige: 2,137... 2,138... 2,139...
Easiest ways to send out thank you notes— post them on Facebook. Everybody will see them.
