Some teachers count down the days from the very first day.

Jason: “If I answer that, can I get extra credit?”

I don’t understand why we value speed as a measurement of intelligence. “Timed Quiz”, and so on. I seriously believe I could be a viable contestant for Jeopardy if I had a few seconds to think of the answers – not minutes, but maybe 15 seconds or so. I use my pause button and think of the answer most of the time – when I have the seconds to pull the answer out of my brain.

It’s going to be a looooooonnnnngggg school year…

Bright kids should be challenged, not bored. They are our future.

You might not be able to earn a higher grade that way, but you can probably bring down the class average by distracting them.

Miss O’Malley is going to end up like Miss Grinchley if this keeps up.

He could probably give you the exact amount of school days and or actual days right at the moment….

Just stick something in his mouth to shut him up.

Isn’t time for him to do a “Sheldon” & jump into high school?

Why hasn’t he skipped a grade yet?

This is a gifted child who needs enrichment! Obviously the class is too easy for him.

This is what Jason decides to get into physical activity for.
