Andy: So how do you charge the batteries in this thing? Roger: Actually, it doesn't have batteries. Andy: Huh? Roger: Apparently, they couldn't hold a charge long enough, so the Mobytel-2000 uses a direct connection to household current. Andy: You bought a mobile phone that has to be plugged in? Roger: The salesman made a good point- wall outlets are practically everywhere. Andy: What about the highway?! What about in an emergency?! Roger: See these 10 built-in cigarette lighter adapters?

I gotta have one of those! I wouldn’t have to worry about misplacing it and no batteries to charge!

There’s a little sucker in all of us - I just spent a boatload on a shiny new HD flatscreen. It looks great,,,, when it’s off. Found out my cable provider doesn’t have any HD programming available in our area.

Okay… from the final panel, since when will there be an automobile with ten cigarette lighters? I think the company who makes the MobyTel-2000 did a rip-off.

I would’ve expected a miniature nuclear power supply…oh well, so much for the miliary satellite theory. :)

I think the company also make cars with 10 cigarette lighters.
