Paige: Rain, rain, go away. Come again some other day. Specifically, next Thursday so we won't have that two-mile run in P.E. class. Jason: Too late. I already booked it for my field trip Friday.
Depends on how you sell it. One school in my area has “fitness days” where the kids go out and run a mile course, having to complete two laps in a given time. The kids all hate it. Another school does a similar course, but calls it a “turkey trot”; the kids clamor to get involved in that.
