I only remember one film I saw in high school. This one:

For some inexplicable reason, that’s considered educational. I also remember one scene from another film. It was about VD (that’s STDs to you younguns), and there was a scene where a boy stuck out his tongue and… well… he had… you figure it out.
My sophomore year, my social studies teacher ad us watch Brian’s Song, which was a terrific movie, but it had nothing to do with social studies. At the end, we discovered the film in a heap on the floor behind the projector.

how can you focus on the educational film with all that surround sound?

Still wouldn’t have been enough to have kept me from snoozing during those boring movies (and filmstrips) in high school.

He hasn’t succeeded until the throbbing rotating sound makes somebody throw up. Keep score.

The audio track on the film doesn’t have surround sound. So, what did they do to simulate it?

I just love the THX trailers where the sound is moving all around the theater!

At high volume, “WILD” seems to be an effort to make the subject a lot more interesting.

I remember the ones in Drivers Ed. All the ones showing horrible pictures and film of very dead people.
