Pied piper

National Pi Day was March 14th.

Eating too much cake is the sin of gluttony.

Eating too much pie is OK though, because the sin of pi is always zero.

My worst were French, where talking about delicious meals right before lunch tortured my appetite, and Health, where discussing drugs and STDs destroyed it.

National pie day is January 23rd and National pizza day is February 9th.

Shouldn’t that pi be cut into three point one four pieces?

At least you’re awake. If it was after pizza lunch Mr. Fox would be asleep.

The answer is 3.14…

A pizza is not a pie; a pie is one or two pastry crusts filled with fruit, cream filling, etc. A pizza is a bread crust, with seasoned (garlic, oregano, basil) tomato sauce & mozzarella. Other toppings are acceptable, as long as they’re not pineapple or anchovies (I do know one 9 year old who orders pepperoni, pineapple, and dill pickles).

Calling a pizza a pie; sheesh, next you’ll be trying to tell me a hot dog should be fried on a griddle and served with sauerkraut………

50 and some years after high school I am still challenge by math problems. I should not have taken a nap in the class like Peter did.

I am so glad I had trig mid-morning.

I still don’t know how I got through trig in high school. I think the math gods must have been on my side when ever I took a test.
