I never watched that show.
I’m guessing that the scriptwriters didn’t get raises because all the money went to the cast.
1 million an episode was a record at the time
I’ve only watched one episode of ‘Friends’. Still not sure what the big fuss is about—not just in the US, but in the UK as well.
I liked how Mr. Amend labelled that bag that Paige was munching from “Mr. Chips.” I guess when the bag is empty, it’s good-bye Mr. Chips!
I din’t watch the show when it first came out but I started watching the reruns in syndication and I liked it and watched all 10 seasons and I still will watch an occasional episode if I am channel surfing and it is on.
