Employee Evaluations Today Frank: My performance review could have gone better---he said I need to start acting my wage.
In 1930 poverty in the US = maybe having enough to eat a meal 3 days a week, fuel for the coal stove to cook but not to heat the 2 room shack and hand scrubbing clothes in a washtub…. today poverty in the US = having 2 cars, living in a 4 br house, having cable TV, Xbox, Wii, Playstation, Air conditioning, cell phones (with $300 a month bills from texting and downloading music & games) and eating at McDonalds 6 times a day.
