Frank: It takes all the thinking out of driving, freeing up my mind to try to figure out a way of making the payments. Ernest: What about the "no-hassle" service agreement? Frank: There's no hassling --- I pay for everything! Frank: Look at these charges! "Customer waiting area WI-fi fee", "hydraulic lift surcharge", "bill preparation fee". The list goes on! Frank: I came in for a simple tune-up and I'm paying for a whole concert!
I feel for you Frank, I hate sports with a passion, but my cable bill includes a sports fee that everyone has to pay, if they watch sports or not.
