Would make more sense if his first name was Peter.
In print, the phrase “you rock” is ambiguous, but subtle inflection when it’s spoken can distinguish between the noun and the verb.
Should it have been written “You, rock”?
Frank is more of a “YOU ROLL” kinda guy… !
