Kind of like the folks who go camping to get away from the stresses of civilization but arrive in/on ear-jarring vehicles, and have the volume up on their audio devices enough to drown out any sounds of nature or allow others to experience peace.
Can it be possible that some folks who have ride or walk with earbuds and ipods are actually listening to the kind of sounds recommended for tranquil listening?
Used to live 3 counties north of NYC. Folks from down in/by the city were constantly moving north looking for “the country life”. All the while not realizing they were destroying it by moving in.
