It’s good that Ernest didn’t attempt to fly through the arc.

Now that it is explained to me, I wonder why everyone makes such a big deal about it.

Traffic circles?!? Does ANYBODY know how to navigate one of those things correctly?!? Geezus, down here in central FL, it’s more like a “dare” circle. . .

Roundabout one lane. Rotary two lane. Googled: “No lane changes occur within a roundabout. Except for vehicles that are turning right, entering a roundabout is a “crossing” movement. A rotary is typically large, with entry speeds of 40 mph or higher. A roundabout is generally small; speeds are rarely more than 25 mph.”

We have them, they’re called roundabouts, pretty simple to navigate. The newspaper did a good job of explaining how they work when they put in the first one.

    Roundabouts aren’t dangerous, people are!

Well that nothing… we walked the 400+ stairs to the top of the ARC and then found out there was an elevator… took it down…!

Seems like most of you here have not seen the traffic circle around the Arc de Triomphe. It is 12 lanes, just stand there and watch the cars navigate in and out without crashing is a miracle initself.
