We’ve been with Verizon for cell service for over 10 years. Always mailed in a check. Always on time. Twice in the last 4 months we’ve gotten emails saying our payment is late (they “never” got the check). There is NO way to contact Verizon and speak to a human. We’ve gone to paying the bill electronically. I think they did it on purpose.
