I have a similar problem, whenever I go to start a project, I see the projects that need to be done before that one, which leads to the project that needs to be done before that one, and so on and so on. Eventually I forget what it was that I was planning on doing in the first place, so I don’t do it.

depends on the definition I guess – many think they are perfectionists but the results definitely would get them convicted of lying.
