Caulfield: I'm sure Santa Claus is a wonderful person. I have a problem with his policies. Frazz: The surveillance thing is a little creepy. Caulfield: Just one aspect of a deeply flawed system. What we have is a behavior modification program...essentially based on bribes. Frazz: A curious approach to deterring self-indulgent behavior. Caulfield: Like interrupting? Frazz: Sorry. Caulfield: Which he stretches out over a whole year. And remember, this is aimed at children! Frazz: Who have the attention span of fruit flies. Caulfield: Exactly. And the impulse control of squirrels. Frazz: A squirrel with a whoopie cushion, is what I heard. Caulfield: Which I got for Christmas last year. That's how messed up the system is.
