Most do here,(which is how you get a half and half) but as I said if you just say "ice tea (well, actually all we just say is “tea” unless you want hot tea in which case you have to be specific), and you get sweet tea.But here in the South, tea is like bar-b-que sauce every place has their own version and tastes. I grew up with ENC sweet tea and it is not overly sweet, but the first time I went to Alabama, I thought I was going to go into a diabetic coma. Now that every chain fast food restaurant is selling tea they went the too much sugar route. BTW: ENC vinegar BBQ sauce is the only way to do pork BBQ.
