As Mark Twain once said; “The coldest Winter I ever spent was a Summer in San Francisco!”

On my last visit to S.F. I visited an establishment that dispensed liquor and all the other patrons could talk about was how much their houses were worth.

S.F. is a nice city to visit during Dore Alley or Folsom Street, but after 4 or 5 days, it’s time to head home.

Isn’t the Yukon (Territory) part of Canada? Kind of hard to move land from one country to another…

It will get up to 65F today in my beautiful City by the Bay. Patchy fog and drizzle throughout the weekend. A perfectly wonderful July the 4th is forecast here in San Francisco.

Wish everyone would quit dissing San Francisco. It’s a great place, full of nice people, and, personally, I LOVE the cool and misty weather. (speaking as one who lives in hot Southern California).

In Michigan we have to go a couple of miles to change the climate

I have lived in hot humid South Texas near Houston all my life. Summers I would gladly trade away.

The cost with electricity is high.

Right now, it’s 91 in Atascadero and 64 in Morro Bay, just 17 miles away.
