Ignorance is bliss. The less you know, the happier you are.

Maybe it’s his only shirt …

Frazz’s statement has less depth than a first glance would have one believe. It also seems incomplete, which may be the intention.

The more you know, the more you forget.

And that, my boy, is how they get you!

C’mon Caufield, it’s not a T-shirt. It’s a message.

Everyone needs clothes, so why NOT that one? Caufield, your logic is usual better than this! I personally only buy shirts for myself at thrift store dollar racks or at yard/garage/estate sales that make me smile, make me think, or at least have a pocket for my reading glasses.

How does Caulfield know that this is not the guy’s only T-shirt, or that he only bought it to replace one that wore out?
