For domestic flights, yeah, they’re not worth talking about. The international flights aren’t that much better, but they are still an improvement.

I really don’t think airplane seats meet anyone’s definition of “comfortable” even if they do recline.

Also movie theaters. Those huge reclining seats look luxurious, but they’re not really.

I find flying and the airport experience altogether stressful and unpleasant. I don’t miss it one bit.

Reminds me of a flight to Germany years ago, when a little French girl spent 7 hours kicking mine. Her Mom pretended not to understand my distress…

According to reports, airline seats are only large enough for a moderately large child and only if he/she doesn’t breathe.

I’ve been flying since 1970 and I can tell you, you get what you pay for. The price of a coach seat then would buy you first class today once you convert to 2019 dollars. Coach today is equivalent to a bus ride in 1970.

You recline them if you hate the person behind you and want to pin them in their seat for the whole flight,

It is especially a problem if you are large around the middle and you want to put your tray table down. The person in front reclines and you are cut in two.
