Good riddance.

Don’t remember the unnecessary things in life?

So, not a coffee or doughnut shop then?

Jane is acting like it didn’t keep her up last night wondering the same thing. She refuses to admit it.

Something like 80% of all retail locations are, by that standard, not interesting to me.

Good guess, Mrs. Olsen. Frazz would probably know if she’s correct(he and Miss Plainwell likely ran by this store on their morning runs).

If you can’t remember, then it wasn’t that important.

(Or maybe it was that traumatic and it’s better/safer not to remember)

I can’t walk with anybody because everybody moves too slow.

Oooo boy! If ol’ Scherzo was still around Mr. Mallett would be getting it with both barrels.

It must not have been the one you remember having the great toy displays in the windows around Christmas.

On the subject of remembering. Today is July 4th.

Thank you and prayers for the men and women who still hold the line.

Thank you and prayers for the fallen, the wounded, the ‘damaged’ and their families, loved ones, and caretakers.

If not for their sacrifice, we would no longer be able to call this Independence Day.

The human brain can only process about fifty bits of information per second, so it uses all sorts of shortcuts and tricks to handle the world in real time. It’s going to dump a lot of things it deems unimportant. That’s not a sign of senility; it’s just evolution.

And it probably had fresh kale in the window.

If it was an old building that got torn down, chances are good it was empty for a long time.

Maybe a gym?

Or perhaps a beauty parlor.

Maybe a church? That’s what I’d go with as a totally useless waste of space, not worth remembering.

That would be something she didn’t want to remember.

Vitamins, supplements and vegetables OH MY!

Perhaps it was Mrs. Olsen’s house.

I think Mrs. Olson just regrets getting old.

I love Mrs. Olsen’s little stout Boston Terrier.
