I guess it is not so clear for about 50% of voting Americans…

I’m sure the next few days will keep the news crews hopping.

The founders did consider a worst-case political power scenario in our tri-branch government. I suspect that it influenced them to put the 2nd amendment in.

The Repubs had a chance to act like adults and dial it back but chose not to. Power over principles for them.

Fear not, our system of government will not allow for a totalitarian administration.

Caulfield is right because he is more sensible of context than the one running for dictatorship and promising anarchy as a payback

BTW. I like and use Frazz’s outfit in cool WX. Looks like fleece shirt w/ a vest.

Today is the time to hold tight to your family and friends, your belief that all are worthy of a good life, your belief in the US Constitution, and in the one nation that continues to be a beacon to many in the world.

Is it perfect? Certainly not, but most citizens are working to make it so for everyone everyday. No place does it better.

I am reading the comics to escape this mess. Pleas3 don’t spoil this for me.

One of the reasons that I love Caulfield is that he both recognizes and respects limits. He can drive people crazy, but he never goes “too far.”

Referencing the actual comic here: if I had that kind of power, I’d use it!

We wouldn’t have this ‘mess’ if their was a serious catastrophe going on.Those who don’t remember history are doomed to repeat it.

Caulfield does have a healthy ego.

That kid has such an ego. Needs a smack down from reality.

Caulfield hopefully does not go into politics.

It never occurred to them that the American people might vote for someone who blatantly disregards the rule of law. But still you here some people say well congress will control him and then there is the courts. Have these people not been paying attention.

SUSPECT it’s ego-related ? With Caulfield it most often is.
