Poor Jock, why is he allowed out in such weather, he should be home safe and dry.
A fair-weather friend is nothing to be proud of. At least Fred knows his limitations.
Fred go get dirty then you may get one of those baths you like ;-)
Scottish Terriers are much more suited for such foul weather than Basset Hounds!
Get Jock in the house and dry him off.
