I like that dancing part.

Let’s all dance, dance, dance… after we denude ourselves.

For an 1892 book, those are some racy recommendations, and probably beneficial to Peeping Toms….

I’ll bet this was written by a man.

A celibate man.

Bathe three times a day? This must be in the age before antiperspirant.

I think it says a bath three times a week. What’s a vapor bath? Steam?

I’m surprised that a book written in 1892 recommends that a woman dance naked near a sunny window.

Basking too much in the sun leads to bulldog face. She should have applied some Canine Screen.

Teresa used to have her headshot on her blog but it’s been replaced by an old nurse. Good thing I downloaded it once, and have it on my computer for “special times”.

If you denude yourself, shouldn’t it mean that you’re getting dressed? Oh well, flammable/inflammable, cleave/cleave…

This is the first time I’ve seen “denude” used with regard to anything but a forest. And MAYBE this is actually what the guy is talking about. (And MAYBE I really do have a dirty mind.)

What’s a crash towel? It sounds like something a NASCAR driver uses to mop up sweat.

I have had several pert young ladies as neighbors who practiced those same rules. I was always more than happy to keep my eyes on them to protect them from intruders who might cause them harm.
