I ran the Old House photo through tineye.com and couldn’t come up with an ID for it. Whatever it is, it isn’t the house from “Psycho.” The Psycho house is shorter and down’t have that flat-topped tower. It might need some reinforcing if you wanted to top it with a dome and telescope, but with that taken care of it would make a dream house.
