That thing swings around in the wind? Gives the birds a bit of a challenge I’d say. Looks like a good place for a political convention. All the bird brains could go there.
@Happy. Well done, as usual. Your bunnies (chosen to complement each day’s FA) and Rotifer’s “My favorite part is…” are two things I always look for each day. It’s sort of like Teresa’s regular features on her Frog Blog like “Yes, We Feel the Love” and “Knock Loudly. I’m Home.” etc…
Be not deceived, people! It was those dastardly squirrels that filched the sunflower seeds. Not even the jauntiest whirligig can deter their determined aggression. Alas, poor starving birdies (bunnies, too)!

I hand it to Mr. Bedell, he flips a decent bird around the neighborhood.

I wish I had a one-of-a-kind daily contribution.

Yes, the rest of the birds get the cheap or protein deficient seeds.

Good thing there’s not a flower pot on that feeder/weathervane. It’d be a flying flower pot!

@Happy. I love the patina on your bunny. Wish I had that weathervane.
flyingflowerpot over 8 years ago
Wait. A closer look at the patina on that bunny is part bird crap. I still like it. A good rainstorm will clean it up nicely.
