Oh, you said ‘grater.’ Well, I know a good nutmeg grader, who can tell you which nutmeg is greater.

The horror.

One of the grater horrors of existence, to be certain.

I have a small nutmeg grater for the nutmeg nut I use in spicing up anything that needs spicing up! I found it at the Froglandia Bathmat Factory…in the spice isle. I tried to sprinkle some on my husband to spice up our life but it didn’t work so well. Some got in his eyes and he ran off mumbling something….whatever!

I was born and raised in The Nutmeg State and lived there until I was old enough to figure out where I was. I left and never went back!

Grater love hath no man than this …!

I got a ‘spice grinder’ on Amazon, its made for cannabis.

I go to Amazon for all of my paraphernalia needs.

In a world of whole nutmeg the person with the grater is Da Monarch.

Freshly ground nutmeg is far superior to the pre-ground stuff. You might say it is much grater!

Nutmeg is a wonderful sleep aid. It has a chemical structure similar to tranquilizers, releases neurotransmitters into the brain, calms the mind, contains magnesium, b-complex and potassium, and reduces stress hormones.

Milk, honey and fresh nutmeg… nighty night.

Get out your grill and slice some summer peaches in half.

Baste the peach with melted butter and grill flat side down until you have grill char marks.

Flip over and grill on opposite side. When almost done, add a dollop of mascarpone in the pit cavity and grill a few minutes more.

Remove from heat, drizzle with honey and freshly grated nutmeg.
