Gesundheit!

I don’t know why, but when I sneeze I actually pronounce it “Achoo.” Everyone who hears me laughs – I call it “sneezing phonetically.” I think I copied it unconsciously from the comics.

I try to say ‘’Ha’ shoe!’’ on purpose for effect.

Back in high school (1971), during lunch one day, one of the schools better known stoners let off a loud sneeze by yelling “HASHISH”. Got a huge laugh from everyone.

Maybe the cartoonist of Gasoline Alley caught a cold recently and inspired this Sunday G.A. strip….

I have a son when sneezing very short. A cousin I remember ages ago would sneeze and ya never know it. Me I think hear me a long way off.

My 5th grade teacher always tried to stifle her sneezes, they came out as “A kee cho”! We all found it hilarious!
