Do not use sarcasm on people who are too dumb to know what sarcasm is.

So Slum is a bit like Satchel, the deceptive mutt over in the Get Fuzzy strip. Food obsessed, tries to come off as “Aw, shucks” and likable in order to make those around him look like the problem. But in reality, he’s got a bad temper and is vindictive. But then again, when dealing with the likes of those two in the truck, who wouldn’t have a bad temper?

Perhaps Slim needs a couple sips from th’ jug. Did they bring it?

If you’re an adult who choses to ride in the back of an open truck, it’s on you if you get injured.

For getting launched from a truck at highway speeds, Slim is pretty lucky just to have a limp.

Sounds like he got thrown out of the wrong side of the bed.
