I fudged deadline to get in a full classics update for the 26th:

Walt is showing off his new car to the other Alley Cats, but apparently you have to be extra careful breaking in a new engine back in the old days. Walt gets some ‘cheaters’ from Doc, and Skeezix decides he won’t be out-cheated.

Wolf Hyde makes a really bad mistake, and Sudden DeMise declares himself as the winner of the range war – and winner takes all.

Chug-Chug is lapping up Brenda’s cookin’ like it’s going out of style. And it probably is since in a few days he’ll likely be gnawing on a slab of whale blubber in some igloo. The biscuits are light as a discus.

Skeezix starts an effort to turn Slim from a wage slave, into a breadwinner. If investing hundreds of dollars in Zip’s stock car team didn’t win Clovia a fella, he’ll try and work with what material his daughter brings home to meet him.

Walt’s long hours sleeping must make Gertie’s job all the easier.

Your hours can be very fluid when you are retired and Walt plays it to the max.

Time flies!

I feel like this could be the final Gasoline Alley arc before the strip announces its retirement after 105 years.
