Some of the Alley Cats look on outside the clubhouse, where some of the Alley Rangers are having a meeting. It’s a rather loose agenda.

Looks like we’re headed for a confrontation as the ranchers have no other option than to take matters into their own hands. Only Jessie’s ranch foreman Curly has spies in town, and catches wind of their plans.

Turns out Puffmore (and the Ally Khat) are hiring the nation’s foremost female designer, commissioning her to design a cigar that a woman would want to hold in her hands.
