He says: "It says here that the people who VOTE voted to look for oil in a park, because we need more oil, but they didn't want to make it so that trucks use less oil, so--" Rob has a magazine in his lap. He bends down from a sofa and flips the pages of Satchel's newspaper. The caption reads: "Flip Flip Flip Flip." Satchel asks: "Hey, what are you...?" Rob goes back to reading his magazine. Satchel is looking down at his newspaper again and says: "Oh. Ha Ha! Look! Snoopy's doghouse is flying!"
