Satchel: You've never had sun-dried toad?
Bucky: No.
Satchel: Try it! You'll like it!
Bucky: How is it prepared?
Satchel: Uh... Wel? Tire. Sun. Mmm. Truly this was a very goodyear.
Quickly24 — yuck!Around here it would be called sail-toad or Frisbee toad — but NOT snack toad. OK, a confession…some years ago, already a somewhat mature (I can only muster so much of that) adult,I took a course at the local junior college…turned out to be more suitable for 4th graders…simple language, lots of time-wasting cut-and-paste scrapbook-making, etc…I was bored silly. One day the teacher asked for an example of a two dimensional representation of a three dimensional object…Yup… I raised my hand and said “A sail-cat.”She didn’t know what that was… half the class was giggling.Someone explained it….and I got sent home, like a wayward 10-year-old!!!
