So Henry’s version of Marty went from being Gil’s boot locker to arrogant, obnoxious, and annoying self-promoter in the blink of an eye? Of is the role of Marty being played by Luke Martinez?

Waiting for Marty to tell the story about how he got Rod arrested, which ruins Rod’s chance at going pro. Because it all slipped under the radar… even though he was seen playing prison-rules football on a PPV TV special.

This strip is a train wreck. Beyond the lack of basic sports knowledge, there is no continuity.

I can’t even tell who’s who anymore. Everyone looks sort of the same now. And the ‘story lines’ mare incoherent. But at least the actual sports stories seem to be written by someone who has never actually witnessed a sporting event.

Why the sober tag? I know hundreds of good people who are clean and sober when once they were not. Not one wears or wants to wear a sober tag. We were judged by our actions then. We wish to be judged on our actions now. We claim progress, not perfection. No tags please
