My spouse claimed I cooked like Gracie Allen. In her skit she would buy two roasts. One large and one small. When the small one began to burn… the large one was done. But my spouse was incorrect. I cook by sense of smell. When the food starts to smoke… it is done! (Grin!) Dinner’s served!!!
