Bad customer service is the standard. I’ve been on the phone for at least 2 hours over the last couple of days for a bill that was paid on Sept 25 and I still have to call back Monday. To add insult to injury I’m getting e-mails to rate my customer service experience and I have to write a novel and waste even more of my time in the process.
