It has been said that the English language or “American” is the hardest to learn because of all the rules and double meanings and sound alikes. I have said before Granny lets those brats get away with way too much. What is wrong with them doing a few chores?

Navajo has different cases for things that are long, thin, and rigid like sticks, and for long, thin, and flexible like rope, etc.Japanese has so many homophones that they keep using kanji (one squiggle one word) instead of kana (one squiggle one syllable) or romanji (one squiggle one phoneme).English is a tough second language, but hardly in first place.
