Both are surrounded by tall fences, and if you try to escape either one, an employee will try to you. Stop right there, or... Or what? You'll make me set out in the hall? Think of it as solitary confinement.

You can blame all the crime for that one. When you put one behind bars three will take his place.

She could be going to school in a prison like many of the juvenille offenders do everyday, and its year round…then she might actually have something to complain about.

There is an architects group that designs schools and prisons. The only difference is the door locks and which way the razor wire is mounted on the fence.
