Since a pizza is manufactured, even if you can somehow get it to grow in the shape of a pizza, it will still need to be cooked in the oven. Easier to manufacture it. And sad indeed that good healthy vegetables are looked upon as bad tasting. I wonder how long this has been going on? I recall going through that phase only I trained myself to eat and like spinach.
