Do little kids still get pencil boxes with all the wonderous new accoutrements: box of new crayons, pencils, protractor, ruler, eraser, pencils?
Your pencils.. will be stubs in no time at all.. A pencil sharper is one of the worst things to give a bored boy or girl.
Never give a child an open loose personal pencil sharpener. Everything will be full of wood shavings and covered with graphite pencil smears. Trained cleaning professionals should be the only ones emptying the one in the back of the room.
is grandma shopping only for the boy and not the girl ? so the girl does not exist
