The world was never in black and white, just photography. This is a very old joke I hoped to never see again in a comic strip.
The Wizard of Oz was all shot with color film. Kansas is still in black and white.
Reminds me of Pleasantville. Actually, a sad movie from my perspective.
If Grandma is sixty-something, there were already some TV shows in color when she was growing up.
