About Haircut Practice

Haircut Practice is part comic strip, part bootleg homage, and part surrealist fantasia. It takes place in the corners of its creator's mind, a mind populated by bright red and deceptively erudite children. Join them as they test the limits of their understanding of the universe into which they've been born, and be prepared to learn a thing or two along the way. Marvel as this absurd world unspools itself before you, but don't be surprised if you stomp offstage with hands raised in clenched fists, mouth agape, wondering how you could have fallen for another strange peek inside the mind of Adam Koford.

Adam Koford was born and raised in the suburban sprawl of Southern California. He's since relocated to Salt Lake City, where he plies his trade as a video game writer. He's no stranger to comics and cartooning, though. For 12 years he had a single panel comic about a couple of filthy hoboes called the Laugh-Out-Loud Cats. He's also done freelance work for American Greetings, MAD Magazine, RiffTrax, the Daily Show with Jon Stewart, Twitter, and many more. He goes by the online moniker Ape–Lad because that was 6/7ths of his telephone number when he lived in Orlando, Florida.
