My fierce predator acts out her natural instincts of the kill by bringing her prey to my bedroom.
Alive.
One night, in the space of one hour, was a cricket, two roaches, a grasshopper – not necessarily in that order – and a tiny field mouse.
I managed to get every one of them, except, ironically, for the field mouse, the biggest one.
She used to kill them, but that was probably by accident.
