Man: The king! The king approaches! Man: All hail, King Dean! Dean: A fourth grader at the first grade lunch table is always a regal occasion. Boy: What is thy bidding, my king? Shall we fling a fish stick at Mary Jo Prendergast?
I remember being “King” at my elementary school when I was in the sixth grade. Then the next year to a “Junior High”, only a seventh grader, lowest of the low, a despicable creature to be humiliated and scorned. Talk about culture shock…..

I could’ve sworn Heart and Dean were in the first grade, not fourth. Oh-bla-dee, Oh-bla-da.

The beauty of homeschooling - there doesn’t seem to be the caste system that are found in more “typical” schools.
